St. Andrew Anglican Church
Nestled on Avenue Carleton across from Parc des Pionniers, this Anglican Church was the first house of worship constructed in the region, in 1937. Its Tudor style includes magnificent solid oak woodwork, and outstanding stained glass windows; the main one, by Clara Fargo Thomas, is exceptional for its depiction of forest animals of the Côte-Nord. A true Québec religious heritage treasure.
