Bylaw on the Use of Drinking Water
From June 1 to October 15, drinking water may be used for non-essential purposes only between 7 p.m. and 8 a.m. the following morning. The period of use must begin on even dates for even number addresses and odd dates for odd number addresses.

Non-essential purposes are defined
as the following
- Watering lawns
- Watering soil
- Filling swimming pools
- Washing buildings
- Washing driveways
- Washing parking lots
With the exception of the use of drinking water for the purpose of speeding snow or ice melting, a practice that is forbidden at all times and in all areas of the municipality, the use of drinking water for non-essential purposes is permitted during the times mentioned above.
